Frances Watson

Frances Watson, 77 of Whiteville died Friday, January 12, 2018 in Shoreland Retirement.  She was born July 10, 1940 in Delaware County, PA the daughter of the late William C. Watson and Frances Sanderson Watson.  

She is survived by two sons, Michael Dugan and David Dugan of PA; three daughters, Ruth Ann Edwards of LA, Mary Dugan of PA and Cathy Dugan-Tripler of PA; a brother, William Watson of FL; seven grandchildren.
