Jacquelin Brown

Jacquelin Brown 69, of Lake Waccamaw, formerly of Coconut Creek, FL, died on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Lifecare Center, Whiteville.  She was born July 6, 1948  in Forsyth County, NC.  She was the daughter of the late Jesse Bardon Brown and Martile Robinson Brown.

Miss Brown was a graduate of Columbia Bible College with a degree in Music and Bible.  She was formerly employed as a Bible Teacher at AL Brown High School, Kannapolis, NC.  She was also employed at Service Master in Florida.  She was a freelance marketing and website designer.  Miss Brown was the Music Director and Counselor at the Ambassador Camp at Lake Waccamaw, NC.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Karen Brown Scaggs.

She is survived by her brothers,  Woody Boykin and wife, Kittie of Whiteville, Webb Brown and wife, Sara of Clinton; sisters, Brenda Mason and husband, Ed of Southside, AL, Ella Nora Brownlee of Hallsboro, Donna Smith and husband, Kenneth of Lake Waccamaw and best friend, Sharon Chatlos of Sunrise, FL.

Her memorial service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Peacock Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Phillips officiating.
