John Lichliter

Mr. John S. Lichliter, Jr. 82 of Winnabow formerly of Shallotte died Saturday, September 9, 2017 in Brunswick Cove Living Center.  He was born July 13, 1935 in Clarke County, VA the son of John S. Lichliter, Sr. and Pearl Vance Lichliter.  

He was a paratrooper, 101 st Airborne Division in the US Army.

He is survived by a sister, Mary Jane Denney of Shallotte.

His funeral service with military honors will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 13, 2017 graveside at Lake Waccamaw Hillcrest Cemetery.
