                 Marvin Dale Tyson

Mr. Marvin Dale Tyson 49, of Bladenboro formerly of Whiteville died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017 in UNC Chapel Hill Hospital.  He was born in Columbus County, the son of the late Marvin Tyson and Reba Gause Tyson.  

He is survived by his wife, Betti Tyson; a daughter, Abigail Floyd of Cerro Gordo; a son,  Marvin Lewis Tyson of the home; two half brothers, Jimmy Gibson and Johnny Gibson; two half sisters, Lois Ann Register and Brenda Wilson, special aunts, Careleen Suggs, Margie Sellers and uncle John Sellers.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 11, 2017 2:00-3:00 pm at Peacock Funeral Home. The service will be conducted at 3:00 pm at Peacock's Chapel. Burial will be at Smith Cemetery in Ash.
