Peggy Holmes (Allen) Wray

Peggy Allen Wray 83, of Whiteville died Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Liberty Commons.  She was born in Bladen county, the daughter of the late John Buren Allen and Sallie Lewis Allen.  She was the widow of Milton Thurston Wray.

She is survived by a son, Ricky Thompson Wray and wife,  Vickie of Whiteville; a daughter,  Rebecca Wray of Whiteville; grandchildren, Jessalyn Batten and husband, Brandon of Bladenboro and Christa Wray of Whiteville; a great grandchild, Emory Wray.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Dee Wray.

Her funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, July 11, 2017 graveside at Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Ray Yow.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ambassador Camp, Po Box 200, Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450
