Mrs. Terry Dixon, 62, of Bolton died Saturday evening, July 2, 2016 in Columbus Regional Healthcare. She was born October 16, 1953 in New Hanover County.

Terry was a member of Bolton Baptist Church. She was a leader for fourteen years in the Compassionate Friends group for for parents that have lost children. She received an associate degree in nursing from Southeastern Community College.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Dixon; a son, Brandon Dixon of Atkinson and wife, Ashly; a grandson, Christopher Jacob Dixon; her parents; Odell McKeithan and Bernice Little McKeithan of Bolton; a brother, Gary McKeithan and wife, Teresa of Lake Waccamaw.

She was preceded in death by her son, Chris Dixon.

Her funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Bolton Baptist Church By Rev. Sterling Sarvis, Rev. Mike Jacobs and Rev. Timmy Blair. Burial will be in the Lake Waccamaw Hillcrest Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Peacock Funeral Home.
