Annie Belle (Sellers) Patterson

Mrs. Annie Belle Sellers Patterson 92, went to be with her Lord and Savior  Saturday, July 6, 2019. She was a native of Columbus County and born January 6, 1927, the daughter of the late Rev. L.O. Sellers and her birth mother Nettie Norris Sellers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey (Pat) Patterson, one son, Gaaron Patterson;  step mother, Alma Greer Sellers; brothers, David Sellers and wife, Peggy V. Sellers, Wayne Sellers, Sgt. Floyd H. Sellers, brother-in-law, Rev. J. W. Dawsey.

She is survived by grandson, Jason Patterson and wife, Jamie Watkins Patterson, Kyle Patterson of Spring Lake; a great granddaughter, Molly Patterson of Whiteville; daughter-in-law, Louise Green Patterson; two sisters, Yvonne Sellers Ellis and husband, Jack  of Whiteville, Marie Dawsey of Lake Waccamaw, sister-in-law; Bea FormyDuval Sellers, a dear friend, Loris McPherson of Whiteville.

She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church of Whiteville. She and her husband were employees of Collier's Jewelers for many years.

Funeral rites will be at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church by Dr. Darrin Moore.  Burial will be in Peacock's Columbus Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends one hour prior to her service at New Hope Baptist Church.
