Burris Mike "Buddy" Sellers Obituary
Mr. Burris Mike "Buddy" Sellers 68, of Lake Waccamaw died Monday, March 12, 2018 in Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Lifecare Center. He was born December 2, 1949 in Columbus County, the son of the late James Dow Sellers and Pearl Todd Sellers.
Mr. Sellers was retired from International Paper.
He is survived by two sons, Mike Sellers and wife, Lynn of Bladenboro, Adam Sellers and wife, Cheryl of Lake Waccamaw; a daughters, Heather Sellers of Bladenboro, Aileen Sellers of Tarheel, NC; a brother, Willard Sellers and wife, Jackie of Lebanon, OH; a sister, Joyce Teachey and husband, Jimmy of Castle Hayne, NC; grandchildren, Jason Sellers, Ashland Sellers, Nathan Sellers, Leah Allen, and Brandon Walden; special friends, Phyllis Merritt, Jane Council, Danny Herring, and Nancy Sellers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, J.D. Sellers, Bobby Sellers, George Sellers, Lewis Sellers and a sister, Shelby Sellers.
His family will receive friends on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Peacock Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 pm at Peacock's Chapel by Rev. Terry Green.
