Mrs. Jarrell (Jerry) Earwood Wilson 84, died Saturday, September 21, 2019 in Liberty Commons, Whiteville. She was born September 20, 1935 in Gaston County the daughter of the late Harrell and Vernie Putnam Earwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sterlyn Wilson; parents; sister, Frances Farrow; brother, Buster Earwood.
She is survived by her son, Donald Wilson and wife, Tina of Ivanhoe; daughter, Linda Besterfeldt and husband, Ed of Camden, SC; grandchildren, Tiffany Chambers and husband, David of York, SC, Julia McNiel and husband, Chuck of Alamogordo, NM; eight great grandchildren; three nephews.
Her graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Monday, September 23, 2019 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Coy Long.
