Lillie Mae (Tyler) Williamson

Mrs. Lillie Mae Williamson 87, of Whiteville, died Friday evening in Davis Community, Wilmington.  She was born June 10, 1930 in Marion County, SC the daughter of the late Loyd L. Tyler and Jona Mae Cox Tyler.  She was the widow of Inman Williamson.  Her sister, Mary Lucille Horne preceded her in death.

Mrs. Williamson was a member of Peace Baptist Church.  She was formerly employed with Carolina Telephone Co. She was an operator supervisor.  She was also a Hospice volunteer.

She is survived by a brother, Raymond Tyler of Wilmington; a sister Rosalee Tyler Williams and husband, William of Whiteville; nephews, David Horne, Keith Tyler and Tony Tyler; nieces, Deborah Moore,TanyaAllen, Angela Tyler, Gina Tyler Moore.

Her funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Monday, April 2, 2018 at Peacock Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Chip Hannah. Burial will be in Peacock's Columbus Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends 1:00 - 2:00 pm Monday at Peacock Funeral Home prior to her service.
