Maggie Graham Obituary

Maggie Dale Graham 78, of the Buckhead Community, Bolton went to be with the Lord Monday, April 9, 2018.  She was born July 4, 1939 in Columbus County, the daughter of the late Herbert Lee Graham and Lannie Victoria Jacobs Graham.

Maggie loved the Lord and became a devoted member of the New Hope Baptist Church at a young age.  She remained active in the church her whole life and was a choir member. Her life's mission was to witness to others and tell them about Jesus.  She never hesitated to encourage others and to pray for anyone. She was dedicated to the Buckhead community and they could always depend on her to participate in every event.  She was known for her "Famous" sweet tea, sweet potato, and lemon pies. Maggie enjoyed the outdoors and was often found working in her garden.  She was a caregiver for others as a CNA for many years.  She selflessly dedicated herself and volunteered many hours to the Waccamaw Siouan Daycare.  Her dedication to the Waccamaw Siouan tribe will be a legacy that her family will continue to carry on.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Zanny Graham and Curtis Graham.

She is survived by two sons, Shay Wells and wife, Connie of Bolton, Michael Graham and wife, Darlene of Bolton; a daughter, Anita Patrick and husband, Bill of Bolton; grandchildren, Shawn Patrick and wife, Robin of Currie, NC, Crystal Jacobs and husband, Gerald of Council, Lindsey Mitchell and husband, Jim of Bolton, Jonathan Graham of Leland, Jennifer Graham of Bolton, Savannah Wells of Bolton, McKenley Wells of Bolton; great grandchildren, Joshua G.
