Mary Louise Ward Sellers

Mary Louise Ward Sellers, 94 of Whiteville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from complications of pneumonia.  She was born October 21, 1924 in Marion, SC the daughter of the late Grover and Alpha Smith Milligan.

Louise read her bible every day and when she was able, she planted and took meticulous care of her beloved flowers. She also did the same for her neighbors at Oak Village Apartments in Whiteville.  She was a sweet and kind person who will surely be missed.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Albert Ward and Bruce Sellers; her oldest son, James Ward.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Brenda Williamson of Myrtle Beach, SC., Carolyn Adams and husband, Michael of Haines City, FL; son Billy Ray Ward and wife, Geanita of Wilmington, NC; Six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; brother, Henry Milligan and family; sister Arlene Hughes and family.

Her memorial service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Peacock's Chapel by Rev. Randy Speight.  

Her family will receive friends one hour prior to her service at Peacock Funeral Home.
