Minnie (Lowhorn) Gasper

Minnie P. Gasper, 77 of Leland died Sunday, September 23, 2018 in Lower Cape Fear Hospice Lifecare Center, Whiteville.  She was born June 18, 1941 the daughter of the late Dewey and Ethel Lowhorn.  She was the widow of the late Joseph K. Gasper.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary;  four brothers, Clint, John, Brooks and James Lowhorn; two sisters, Juanita Vaughn and Geneva Jefferys.

She is survived by a daughter, Tina Kern and husband, Darrell of Leland; a grandson Brian Miller and wife, Nikki of PA; a great grandson, Bodi Miller; a great granddaughter, Chyenne Browne of MD; three sisters, Clair Craft, Wilma King and husband Gene, Margaret Ledbetter all of IN.; special nephew, Jamin Vaughn of TN.

Her funeral will be 2:00 pm Friday, September 28, 2018 at Delco Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church by Rev. Dewey Ball. Burial will be in the Riegelwood Baptist Church Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends 1:00 - 2:00 pm Friday, September 28, 2018 at Delco Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.
