Sandra "Sandy" Lynn Penn-Sandlin 47, of Whiteville passed away Friday, March 30, 2018. She was born October, 19, 1970 in Superior, WI.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Sandlin, Jr.; two sons, Mykel Penn of the U.S. Navy and Timothy Penn of WI; daughter, Sherise Vukoty of WI; mother and father, Tom and Gail Schindelholz of WI, a sister, Michelle Schindelholz of WI; mother-in-law, Linda Haley of Whiteville; friends on facebook and WOW.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Garro.
