Saundra Sophronia Benoy Saldana 49, of Chadbourn died Wednesday, June 6, 2018. She was born September 8, 1968 in Williston, North Dakota, the daughter of the late Thomas Fairley Benoy, Jr. and Kathryn Delores Hughes Benoy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant son, Dustin Reed Benoy.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Luis Saldana of Whiteville; daughters, Jenna and Katie Saldana of the home; son, Nick Benoy and Fiancé, Dallas of Southport; brothers, Justin Benoy and wife, Misty of Holden Beach and Wade Benoy of Holden Beach; sister, Tracey Gossett and husband, Clay of Los Lunas, New Mexico.
