Carolyn G (Grainger) Trivette

Carolyn G. Trivette, 79, of Whiteville passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022. She was born in Horry County, SC, the daughter of the late Daniel and Marie Holt Grainger. She was a machine operator in the textile industry.

She is survived by two sons, Buddy Hucks and Mickey Hucks, both of Whiteville; two daughters, Dina Edwards  (Andre McKinley) of Clarkton, and Jeannine Sellers (Michael Bradstreet) of Hampstead; two brothers, Elwood Grainger (Liz) of Conway and Larry Grainger of Conway; a sister, Saundra Stein (Kevin) Dover,  Ohio; twelve grandchildren, Megan Sellers, Amanda Ott, Christopher Sellers, Summer Bailey, Kaitlynn Hucks, Logan Hucks, Jordan Hucks, Daylon Hucks, Tyler Long, Quinton Edwards, Kolby Edwards and Alexis Edwards; nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Peacock Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at Peacock Funeral Home.
