Charles David FormyDuval of Ash N.C. passed on Wednesday July 23, 2025. He was born on December 7, 1941 in Brunswick County, the son of the late Pawnee FormyDuval and Marie Burnett.
He loved hunting, fishing, and his church.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Joyce Mclean; His Parents; Stepson, Donnie High (Belita); Siblings, Mackie FormyDuval, Betty Cox, Linda McCumbee, Mary Lou Ross, Benny FormyDuval, and Judy Babson.
He is survived by his Brother, Sheldon FormyDuval and wife Cathy; Step daughter, Lynne McLamb and husband Scott; Stepson, Ronnie High and wife Beckie; Grandchildren, Cory McLamb and wife Hannah, Ashley McLamb and wife Brittany, Nicolas High and wife Hope; Great grandchildren, Sydney, Jaxson, Evan, Emma, Drake, Easton, and Kairi; Neices and Nephews, Debbie, Dean, Donna, Gene, David, Michael, Shannon, Stewart, Ashley, Deneen, Michelle, Victor, Gordon, Isreal, Amanda; His very best friend Benny Baldwin of Ash, N.C.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday July 28, 2025 at Peacocks Chapel with Rev. David Todd officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Burial will be in Columbus Memorial Park.
