Geneva Mayes Obituary

Mrs. Geneva Cothran Mayes 82, of Evergreen passed on December 16, 2020 in Columbus Regional Healthcare. She was born April 20, 1938 in Robeson County, the daughter of the late Liston Cothran and Regina Britt Cothran. She was the widow of the late Milton Mayes. Also preceding her in death was a son, Wayne Mayes and a granddaughter, Melody.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Small and husband, Keith of Green Sea, SC; two brothers. Edgar Cochran and wife, Lillie of FL, Andrew Pearlis Cochran of Fayetteville; a sister, Lou Floyd and husband, Chuck of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Ricky, Shane, Tyler and Heath; a great grandchild, Haven.
