Heustess Ayres Inman

Mr. Heustess Ayres Inman, 70, of Whiteville passed January 6, 2021. He was born November 22, 1950 in Columbus County the son of the late Austin Thomas Inman and Mary Frances Inman. He retired as a shop foreman with the North Carolina Boys and Girls Home.

He is survived by his wife, Kay Inman of the home; three daughters, Dawn Watts and husband, Bill Boyd of Nakina, Mary McManus and husband, Kelly of Hubert, NC, and Rhonda Gabriel of Glendale, Arizona; two brothers, Dan Inman of Wilmington and Gene Inman and wife, Frances of Whiteville; a sister-in-law, Jinnie Inman of Whiteville; a brother-in-law, Harvey Anderson of Whiteville; nine grandchildren, Cody, Matthew, Heath, Christian, Michael, Caleb, Chloe, Shiloh and Seth; seventeen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Rudolph Inman and Landon Inman; a sister, Barbara Anderson and a great grandson, Ryan Heustess Inman.

His funeral service will be at 11:00 am Monday, January 11, 2021 at Peacock Funeral Home chapel by Rev. Victor Crawford.
