Janice (Etheridge) Mercer Obituary
Janice Etheridge Mercer 74, of Lake Waccamaw passed Friday, June 2, 2023 in Pikeville, NC while residing with her daughter. She was born July 24, 1948 in Columbus County, the daughter of the late Tilton Etheridge and Lucille Mintz Etheridge.
She is survived by her husband, Charles R. Mercer; a son, Randy Mercer (Robin) of Old Dock; a daughter, Kim M. Boswell (Franklin) of Pikeville; a brother, Randall Etheridge (Ann) of Lake Waccamaw; grandchildren, Landon Coleman, Samantha Mercer, Chase Mercer, Evan Mercer; step grandchildren, Cortney B. Laub and Cameron Boswell.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Lake Waccamaw First Baptist Church with Rev. Matthew Tarpley officiating. Burial will be in the Lake Waccamaw Hillcrest Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday, June 5, 2023 at Peacock Funeral Home.
