Jerry FormyDuval Obituary
Mr. Landis Jerry FormyDuval, 73, of Whiteville, passed Sunday, June 28, 2020 at his home. He was born March 7, 1947, in Columbus County, the son of the late Landis and Marion Frink FormyDuval.
Jerry had an Electrical Degree from Southeastern Community College and served in the National Guard for six years. He was an Audio Visual Technician with Columbus County Schools for forty-four years and employed by the Columbus County Board of Education. He was also an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Hutto FormyDuval of 52 years; daughters, Andrea Lewis and husband, Robert of Lake Waccamaw, Amy Landis FormyDuval of Wilmington.
His graveside service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Columbus Memorial Park by Dr. Wayne Brown.
