Obituary
JoAnn Watkins 76, of Chadbourn passed on Monday April 24, 2023 at her home. She was born July 22, 1946 in Baltimore Maryland, the daughter of the late Alfred K. Range and Nellie Naomi Shaffer. She was the widow of the late Norman (Bud) Lee Watkins.
She is survived by a son, Norman Lee Watkins II of Chadbourn; a daughter, Lisa Ann Rukosky (John) of Leland; a brother, John A. Range of Ohio; six grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a daughter, Michelle Rennie.
Her funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Sunday April 30, 2023 at Peacock Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Roy Barnhill. Burial will be in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to her service at Peacock's Chapel.
