Joseph (Coot) Etheridge Obituary

Joseph Edward Etheridge of Whiteville NC passed away November 22, 2024. He was born December 24, 1948 to the late Joseph Etheridge and Lautense Clewis Etheridge.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Miller Etheridge of the home; sons, Sandy Etheridge of Whiteville, Benjamin Etheridge (Misty) of Supply, Allen Etheridge (Christy) of Whiteville, Jonathan Etheridge (Angela) of Supply and Gary Ribet of Raleigh; daughter, Angie Etheridge; sisters, Carol, Teresa and Emily; 10 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Daryl Gray Etheridge.

His family will receive friends Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Peacock Funeral Home.
