Kristin Leigh Moore

Miss Kristin Leigh Moore 29, of Bolton died Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Columbus Regional Healthcare Center.  She was born July 6, 1990 in New Hanover County, the daughter of Eric Gordon Moore and Michelle Lilly Moore.  

Kristin was a 2008 graduate of East Columbus High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club and Marching Band.  She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  She loved children so and was able to begin a career working at Waccamaw Daycare where she cooked and was an assistant teacher.  Her greatest joy in life was her son and her family.

She was preceded in death by her fiancé, Mitchell Lee Jacobs and maternal grandfather, James William Lilly.

She is survived by her son, Austin Michael Jacobs of the home;  parents, Eric and Michelle Moore of the home; sister, Sarah Hough and husband, Aaron of Bolton; niece, Addyson Spaulding of Bolton; paternal grandparents, James V. Moore and Arlene Young Moore of Bolton; maternal grandmother, Ruth Ann Schilk of Port Charollte, FL; many beloved family and friends.
