Lisle FormyDuval

Lisle "B.L." FormyDuval, 90, of Nakina died at his home Monday, June 4th, 2018.  He was born June 8th, 1927, in Columbus County, the son of the late Captain Willie FormyDuval and Dorienda Evans FormyDuval.

He was preceded in death by his wife,  Hallie Pearl Little FormyDuval, his parents, six brothers, Mort FormyDuval, Guy FormyDuval, C. FormyDuval, Thurl FormyDuval, Foy FormyDuval, Fay FormyDuval; two sisters, Thela Hooks and Coleen Mason.

He is survived by his son, Lanny O. FormyDuval and wife, Virginia of Nakina; three daughters, Rita Gore and husband, Ronald of Nakina, Patricia FormyDuval-Edge and husband, Johnny of Nakina, Pamela Tyer and husband, Lynn of Nakina; two brothers, Charlie Wynn FormyDuval and wife, Betty of Nakina, Kermit Glean FormyDuval and wife, Leona of Nakina; grandchildren, Terry FormyDuval and wife, Angela, Gene Gore and wife, Monica, Michael Gore and wife, Tammy, Kevin Gore, Allisia Long and husband, Revis, Russel Harris, Karen Gay and husband, William; great grandchildren, Sebastian FormyDuval, Drake Clewis, Katie Clewis, Ethan Gore, Mikayla Gore, Gabrielle Gore.

His celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Palmyra Baptist Church by Dr. Ray Thigpen and Rev. John Roberson.

Burial will be in the Palmyra Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Peacock Funeral Home.
