Obituary

Patsy Long Hamilton 67, of Whiteville passed on March 10, 2021 in Columbus Regional Healthcare.  She was born May 26, 1953 in Columbus County, the daughter of the late Noah Mysby Long  and Berlene Canady Long.  She was formerly married to the late Bobby Hamilton. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Thurston Long.

Patsy was formerly employed as a client representative at BB & T.

She is survived by a daughter, Connie  Worrell of Whiteville; a son, Nichalus Shawn Hamilton and wife, Natalie of Chadbourn; four sisters, Margaret Wilsonof Clarendon, Sylvia White and husband, Doyce of Nakina, Dixie Yarborough and husband, Wayne of Bladenboro, Kathy Smith and husband, Emory Neil of Nakina; grandchildren, Joshua Worrell, Brittany Worrell, Logan Hamilton, Dylan Hamilton, Mason Hamilton.
