Mrs. Ronda Lynn Barrett Milligan 60, of Clarendon passed on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Columbus Regional Healthcare. She was born in Virginia, the daughter of the late Oden Lee Barrett, Sr. and Katie Black Barrett.

Mrs. Milligan was formerly office manager with Columbus County Transportation.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Milligan; sisters, Peggy Price of Wilmington and Vickie Barrett of Chadbourn; brothers, Oden Lee Barrett, Jr. of Whiteville and John Barrett of Whiteville; grandson, Daniel Canonico of Elizabeth City; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Herring and husband, Nicholas, Leighangel Butler and husband, Derrick, Jay Barrett, Elizabeth Barrett, Izaya Barrett and Grace Barrett.

Her son, Joshua Barrett and brother-in-law, Jimmy Price preceded her in death.

Her arrangements will be announced.
