Stephanie Rose Stubbs

Stephanie Rose Stubbs 54, of Hallsboro passed on January 18, 2021 in Lower Cape Fear Lifecare Center, Whiteville.  She was born in June 17, 1966 in Columbus County.  

She received her BA degree in business from NC State University.  She received a nursing degree from SCC.  She was a registered nurse with Columbus Regional Healthcare and later with Donayre Cancer Center for ten years.  

She is survived by her parents, Gaston Paul Stubbs and Virgie Lee Stubbs of Hallsboro; a son, Joshua Dicks of Hallsboro; a daughter, Jessica Stubbs of Hallsboro; a brother, Tony Stubbs and wife, Wendy; a sister; Paula Edge and husband, Billy of Hallsboro; nephews, Michael, Cody and Kelly; nieces, Tori and Tristyn.  She was looking forward to her first grandchild in June of 2021.

Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, January 22, 2021 at Flynn Cemetery by Rev. Jeremy Simmons.
