Sue Creech
Obituary
Sue Davis Creech, age 75, of Lake Waccamaw, NC died Saturday, April 23, 2022 in Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Whiteville, NC. She was born June 5, 1946 in Columbus County, NC to the late Robert L. Davis, Sr. and Adelee Clewis Williamson.
Sue was a loving wife, mother and Grandma Sue. Most importantly, she devoted her life to Jesus and wanted everyone to accept Him as Lord and Savior. She worked the election polls in the Bogue (Hallsboro) precinct for over 30 years. She will be missed very much by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, George “Sonny” Clifton Creech, Jr.; her son: Craig Creech and his wife, Myra of Delco, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Creech Buck and her husband, Corey of Bolivia, NC and Amber Creech of Bolivia, NC and her great-grandson, Liam Buck.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert L. Davis, Jr. and her sisters, Libby Davis and Maria Fowler.
Her visitation will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church of Lake Waccamaw.
Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church of Lake Waccamaw with Pastor Matthew Tarpley officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to First Baptist Church of Lake Waccamaw, P.O Box 202, Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450.
