Tammy Spivey Obituary
Ms. Tammy Juanita Spivey, 49, of Whiteville, passed Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Columbus Regional Healtcare System. She was born September 29, 1970, in Columbus County, the daughter of Lela Spivey Ruiz-Rosario and the late, Archie Edward Spivey.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Joseph Spivey.
She is survived by three daughters, Krystlee Denise Spivey of Shallotte, Brianna Rose Cartret of Whiteville, Aryanna Nicole Cartret of Whiteville; two sons, Nathan Tanner Spivey of Whiteville, Treston James Spivey of Tabor City; grandchildren, Dawson Small, Nathan Spivey, Kolton Woodard; mother, Lela Ruiz-Rosario; four brothers, John Spivey and wife, Linda of Whiteville, Terry Spivey, S.J. Dent, Jamie Severine all of Fairmont; special niece, Hope Spivey.
Her graveside service will be held 4:00 pm Monday, September 21, 2020 in the Wright Cemetery.
