Timothy Clarence Evans

Timothy Clarence Evans, 61, of Nakina passed on March 19, 2021 at his home.  He was born July 14, 1959 in Columbus County the son of H.L Evans of Burgaw and late Merida Anne Causey Evans.

Timothy was employed with Duke Energy for 37 years.  He was a member of Happy Home Baptist Church.

He is survived by two daughters, Erica Michele Evans, Katie Lynn Caison and husband, Jordan both of Nakina; his father, H. L. Evans of Burgaw; two brothers, Herbert Lamon Evans, Jr. of  Orlando Florida, Quillie Dale Evans and wife, Donda of Lake Waccamaw; a sister,  Jody Lynn Pierce of Tarheel.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angela Doreen Whaley Evans, his mother, Merida Anne Causey Evans, mother-in-law,  Lola Whitt and father-in-law, Michael Whitt.

A  graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 2:00 pm, at Happy Home Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Alton Watkins officiating.
