Tommy "Bullwhip" Baker

William T. Tommy "Bullwhip" Baker 56, of Whiteville passed on August 16, 2020 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center. He was born May 16, 1964 in Columbus County, the son of Mrs. Mary Pridgen Baker Edwards and the late Carson Baker. 

He was formerly employed with National Spinning Co.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Edwards and husband, Roscoe of Whiteville; two sisters, Cathy Baker Williams and husband, J.R. of Rocky Mount and Connie Baker of Whiteville; a step sister, Debbie Fisher of Ocean Isle Beach; nieces and nephews, Jamie Harrell, Ryan Harrell and wife, Dee Dee, Kristen Harrell, Jason Beck and wife, Melissa, Caroline Fisher, Kaylan Edwards and husband, James Morse.

His graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Warren Hill officiating.
