Ula Allen Obituary

Ula Fowler Allen, 86, of Clarendon passed away Sunday November 19, 2023. She was born November 5, 1937 in Horry County SC, to the late Ben David Fowler and Vera Gurganus Fowler.

She is survived by one son, Rocky Dean Fowler (Elizabeth) of North Myrtle Beach; one daughter, Malia Canady (Kent) of Clarendon; one step-daughter, Veronica Allen Lowe (Terry) of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Doris Fowler Barnhill of Whiteville; one sister-in-law, Helen Hinson Fowler of Whiteville; six grandchildren, Harrison Smith Fowler, Angelia Bailey Nealey, Jeremy Lowe, Zachary Lowe, Raven Lowe and Karrigan Lowe and several great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, David Earl Fowler and one sister, Yvonne Fowler Benton.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday November 24, 2023 at Lebanon Methodist Church at 2:00pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1:00pm at Lebanon Methodist Church.
