Mrs.Bernice M. Faulk, 82, of Ash  died Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Liberty Commons. She was born April 28, 1934, the daughter of the late Will and Josephine Milligan. She was the widow of  William J. Faulk.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Faulk Simmons and husband Steve of Ash; a son Richard Johnson Faulk and wife, Martha of Nakina; a sister, Lula Faulk Horton of Marion, NC; grandchildren, Angela Brady, Barry (Andy) Simmons, Shelly Cullipher, Amanda Edwards; and great-grandchildren, Courtney Simmons, Bailer Simmons, Sway Simmons, River Lewis, Conner Edwards, Maddie Edwards, Ethan Cullipher, Dylan Cullipher, Victoria Cullipher, Isabella Cullipher; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; great-grandson, Salem Simmons; two brothers; and three sisters.

Her funeral will be 11:00 am Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Peacock's Chapel by the Rev. William Chappell. Visitation will be one hour prior.

Burial will be in New Britton Baptist Church Cemetery.
