Delma Ezzell

Delma Ezzell, 76,  of Whiteville, died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. He was born September 23, 1940, the son of the late Palmer Curtis and Glennie B. Powell Ezzell.

He is survived by sons, Melvin Ezzell and wife, Marty of Whiteville and John Ezzell and wife, Tina of Atlanta; grandchildren, Wil and Anna Ezzell of Whiteville, Skylar, Scout, and Ever Ezzell of Atlanta; sisters, Muriel Hill and husband, Dewey of Lake Waccamaw, Barbara Ann Gore of Old Dock, Wilma Horne and husband, Wayne of Whiteville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Gene Ezzell.

A funeral service is planned for 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Whiteville by  Rev. Tim Tymer and Rev. Mike Bowles. Burial will be in Palmyra Cemetery.

His family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Peacock Funeral Home.
